Mitch Skyer – President & Senior Consultant

Mitch Skyer, President of Atlanta based Solstice Transportation Group, Inc. since 2007 and Passio Technologies, since 2010. He has actively managed and consulted with transportation operations since 2002.  Solstice and Passio work with universities, corporations, and municipalities throughout the country to provide transportation and parking operations with technology and consulting solutions. Mitch actively participates in International Parking Institute, National Association of College and University Auxiliary Services, and the American Public Transit Association regional and national conferences. He graduated from Binghamton University and earned an MBA from the University at Buffalo. Mitch, his wife, and 3 children live in Atlanta.


R. Scott Reiser – Chief Information Officer

A University of Colorado graduate, Scott has been a technology professional since 1994. Having owned and operated his own successful technology company, Scott brings the ‘Business’ side of IT to Solstice Transportation Group as Chief Information Officer. Scott worked for an eight billion dollar multi-national company where he was responsible for the local and wide-area networks of multiple sites located throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. While working for this company, Scott implemented enterprise-level technologies to support hundreds of local and remote users. Scott, an Atlanta native, demonstrates his commitment to the community through his volunteer work with such programs as PRUMC’s Great Day of Service, Hands on Atlanta and Habitat for Humanity. He is also involved with Atlanta Pet Rescue, the YMCA and the business organizations Atlanta Business Alliance and Buckhead Business Association.


 Jessica Song – Transportation Project Manager

Jessica Song joined the Solstice Transportation Group, Inc. in February 2011. Having graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Engineering and earning a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning & Policy specializing in Transportation Planning, Jessica has the unique skillset and aptitude for technology and project management consulting in the transportation arena. Since joining the team, she has managed and consulted with numerous universities, corporations and municipalities throughout the country providing transit and parking operations solutions and recommendations.
